We were there for 2 days, everything was wonderful, truly enjoyed its excellent and particularly good location close enough to various restaurants, the ocean, and the center of la jolla. All members of the staff was very very helpful.

The staff were friendly. The main reason I stayed there was due to the location and access to the beach.
The bathroom is a bit small and the tv is at an funny angle. May I suggest flat screens in front of the bed so we can watch whilst lying down. The bath also wasnt draining properly and was clogged from previous visitors.

It was close to the beach.
The continental breakfast was very weak, had to be ordered. Very limited menu!

Location to beach
Small rooms. Old and uncomfortable bed. Noise ( we had a room facing the road).

Perfect wedding stay!
We had the best time here for our wedding! The staff was super friendly and helped us set up everything for our guests. The location is prime, easy to walk to the beach, and the rooftop bar has fine views! Just wish the street noise wasn't so noticeable at night. A cozy spot with character.

The room is so small that you would not have room to walk around; the bed is so soft that you would not sleep well and have backache in the morning. Have to park two blocks away and was charged $5 a day. Summing up, I would not stay in La Jolla Inn again. It is not worth $140 a night.

Just relaxing and the care by staff

The hotel is located closed to the beach and center of downtown La Jolla. It was my pleasure to walk along the beach early in the morning to watch the beautiful sea shore and also seals.
The room we stayed was too small, although the rate was relatively low.

The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful. Our room was very close to the breakfast bar where fresh coffee/tea were available every morning along w/ their continental breakfast. The nicest suprise was when I smelled coffee at 2pm! There was fresh coffee, tea and lemonade and....Cookies! What a treat ;>)~ We had a gorgeous ocean view from our balcony and short walk to the cove - hiking trails near by to watch the sea lions and explore the caves of La Jolla - watching the surfers was also fun. Best part were the sunsets and then a delicious meal in one of the many restaurants close to the hotel. Will stay there again in a minute!!! Thank You!
The bed could have been a little more comfortable but we slept great after all day at the beach -
